229 auction participants who submitted their bids at a rate of 0.95 CENTUSX and higher, received BILLEXC at a clearing price of 0.3333 CENTUSX, they used up the entire auction limit 157 481 358 BILLEXC.
All other auction participants, who placed offers at a clearing price and higher, were accrued BILLEXC issued over the auction limit at prices they requested.
The remaining orders in the amount of 4,832,254 BILLEXC / 547,194 CENTUSX, submitted below the clearing price of 0.3333, are considered to be lost.
These participants can take part in the next auction or exchange their CENTUSX to BILLEXC on Stellar DEX (exchange) at a market rate.
All BILLEXC received at the auction are in free circulation, however, it should be borne in mind that upon redemption, tokens purchased on the exchange or received as a result of transfer will be redeemed last.
Basic income on BILLEXC will be accrued at a rate of 1% of the wallet balance. The rate can be changed both upward and downward.
